Another Successful Candy Buy Back!

Wow! What a great turn out for this year’s Mattiacio Orthodontics Halloween Candy Buy Back! With your help, we brought in over 200 pounds of candy between five local schools in the Finger Lakes Area. Each school raised at least $50 towards their PTA group. Our big winner was Victor Central Schools with a whopping 125.5 pounds of candy raising their school $125.50 plus an extra $100 for collecting the most candy. We are grateful to all schools who participated and excited to donate the candy on your behalf.

Raise Money for Your School & Send a Sweet Treat Overseas

RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR SCHOOL & SEND A SWEET TREAT OVERSEAS Dr. Mattiacio is Collecting Halloween Candy from children to raise money for local schools and send candy overseas via Operation Gratitude to be shared with other children. Dr. Mattiacio is redefining the phrase “put your money where your mouth is.” This Halloween, trick-or-treaters in the community can bring their Halloween candy to participating schools and Dr. Mattiacio of Mattiacio Orthodontics will donate $1 per pound to your school.

MO Ranks in the Top 2.6% of Invisalign Providers in the Country

Did you know that not every Invisalign® provider is the same? In comparison, an Invisalign® Preferred Provider has to treat 50 cases a year. The next designation is an Invisalign® Elite Provider, which requires the orthodontist to have treated 100 patients with Invisalign® in a year. There are only a handful of Elite Providers able to treat this many cases. Becoming an Elite provider puts us in the Top 2.6% of Providers in the Country* which is something we are very proud of. Dr. Mattiacio is treating on not only more Invisalign cases, but more complex cases as well. Foods to Eat & Avoid While in Braces

While you are wearing braces, please avoid eating hard foods, sticky foods and foods high in sugar. Hard foods can break or damage the wires and brackets, and sticky foods can get caught between the wires and brackets. Minimize the amount of sugary foods you eat; the sugar can cause tooth decay and other related problems.
